Highlights of the Program

TML collaborated with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce to generate the roadmap of the program and structure its implementation.
At the beginning of the program, surveys were conducted to evaluate the maturity levels and KPI compliance of each business group. At the end of the program, the comparative progress of each business group was reported.
Tracking and scoring systems were developed to track the KPIs based on the requirements shared by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
To ensure business groups had everything they needed to meet the goals set for them, extensive training materials and documentation were created, including KPI tracking checklists, governance guides, operational planning checklists, and templates for various business group activities.
