Arabnet Digital Summit 2013, Where the Digital World of the Middle East Comes Together

Yesterday was the launching of the 4rd annual ArabNet Digital Summit 2013 at Atlantis, Dubai. ArabNet is the pivot for digital professionals and entrepreneurs to connect with the world and learn new techniques. Since its creation in 2010 ArabNet always run a series of events across the region that aimed at developing the web industry and initiating new digital startups.

This 3- day Digital Summit is said to be the largest assembly forum and the most important gathering of the digital entrepreneurs and professionals in the Middle East. It brings together business professionals, speakers, and attendees from more than 25 countries in the MENA region and the world. This year, the Summit will reach out to emerging markets including Italy, Greece, Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, India, Singapore and others. .According to the Arabian Business website this conference will grab more than 1,000 attendees and 100 speakers from all over the Middle East. It will be held in Atlantis, the Palm, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, starting today, Monday, 24 June until Wednesday, 26 June.

The conference features the hottest trends in digital business including social, mobile, commerce, and media. The 3 day program is variable, where day 1 includes stories and insights from serial entrepreneurs, influential investors, and the region's top startups.

However, day 2 presents digital opportunities in traditional sectors including education, retail, hospitality, and banking, and day 3 offers a developer Tournament Championship: The championship round of the ArabNet Developer Tournament, featuring top coders from UAE, KSA, Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan.
